Accessibility statement
This statement covers the Sales Mentor website and application (coach, cockpit, CRM). It describes the standard we work to, what is in place today and where we know the limits.
Standard
The benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA, as required by the European standard EN 301 549.
What is in place
- Full keyboard operation, visible focus, a skip link to the content and navigation with landmarks.
- German and English, switchable on the website and in the application, with the language marked correctly for screen readers.
- Light and dark colour schemes that follow the system setting or can be chosen; contrast at AA level.
- Every form field is labelled; errors are explained in text and announced.
- The deal board works with the keyboard; every drag has an equivalent control without dragging.
- Moving content respects the system setting for reduced motion; films start muted and can be paused.
- Pages adapt to screen widths from 320 pixels and to 200 percent zoom without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
- The films on the start page are screen recordings of the product without sound or captions. Their content is described in the surrounding text.
- The call review processes uploaded audio recordings; there is no live captioning.
- The coach's answers are text written by an AI. Their structure (headings, lists) is marked up for screen readers; their length cannot be guaranteed.
Feedback
If you notice a barrier or need content in another form, contact the provider through the details given in the legal notice (Impressum). We answer and fix reported barriers as quickly as we can.
Status
This statement was written in September 2026 and is updated when the application changes.
